How It Works

Registration – quick for buyers, extended data for sellers. Sellers can upload their bottles to liberbid.com free of charge.
Item Upload – via a structured form: vintage, producer, condition, photos, story. LiberBid experts always provide feedback and set the auction date.
Expert Pre-Screening – we verify the origin, documentation, and photos of every bottle; only authentic and marketable items can be listed.
Running the Auction – LiberBid experts determine the auction start date. Bidding is anonymous, and if a new bid arrives in the final minutes, the auction automatically extends, giving everyone a fair chance at the final bid.
Payment to Escrow Account – the winning bidder pays in advance, and the amount remains in LiberBid’s escrow account until delivery. The seller only receives payment after successful receipt.
Shipping and Insurance – handled through contracted logistics partners, with mandatory insurance for high-value items. LiberBid’s commission is always 8%, charged only after a successful auction. No other fees apply.
